Photography
Professional HDR photography for Connecticut real estate. I shoot as many photos as your property needs - exteriors, interiors, whatever makes the listing look its best. All images are HDR-blended (5-bracket exposure), color-corrected, and delivered in high-res + MLS-optimized formats. Blue sky replacement on all exteriors if it's cloudy.
Drone
Aerial photography using FAA Part 107 certified operations. Multiple angles showing the property, lot, and neighborhood context.
Floor Plans
MLS-ready format with accurate, marketing-grade measurements. Highly recommended! I love working with interesting layouts. Multi-unit properties and additional structures available at +$40 per unit.
Add-Ons
Twilight sessions (separate visit during blue hour), detail photography (architectural close-ups with f/1.8 lens), same-day rush delivery, virtual twilight (digital effect, no second visit), and virtual staging (priced per photo). All subject to availability.
